first the good points about his drawing
I really like the pose, it's very feminine and it looks cute. It also makes her a bit sexy 
I also like the outfit, everyone who makes a human version of Fluttershy gives her a different outfit, yours is (again) sexy >w<
things you could improve:
Maybe it's a better idea to work out the shape of her wings a little more. They look more flat than the rest of her body.
The hands don't really fit the rest of her body. her hands are quite sharp-edged, while the rest of her body is made out of curves. Maybe it's a good idea to make her finger-tips rounder next time.
